Jobseeker's Pay-Related Benefit is applied for online through MyWelfare, or in person at your local Intreo Centre. There is no central application address.
Before you ring
- Have your PPS number to hand — you will be asked for it first.
- Many changes of circumstance can be done online through MyWelfare without ringing at all.
- If you are appealing a decision, you have 60 days from the date on the decision letter.
