Who can get Blind Person's Pension
- You must be aged 18 to 65.
- Your vision must be impaired to the degree set out in the scheme rules.
- You must be habitually resident in Ireland and pass the means test.

All means-tested payments except Disability Allowance, Carer's Allowance and Supplementary Welfare Allowance.
